2010 Corporate Sponsorship – Chapter Meeting

Cost – $200 per year

For sponsoring an Atlanta Chapter APA meeting, your company will receive the following:

• Company’s link to your home page will be on the ATL-APA website for one year after the event.  Sign up in January 2010 for your link to run 12 consecutive months from time of payment.
• Your company will receive a mailing list of meeting attendees for the sponsored meeting only.
• Your company name or logo will be displayed on the presentation screen throughout the meeting except for when the guest speaker is making his/her presentation.
• Chapter Membership for one company representative for one year (current).
• Dinner/breakfast will be provided for one company representative for the meeting being sponsored. 

• Your company representative will be given up to 10 minutes to introduce themselves and your company from the podium (prior to the guest speaker’s presentation).
• Provide company’s logo and website URL for addition to the ATL-APA website.
• Provide an electronic file of your company logo that can be used during the meeting as a screensaver.
• Provide a giveaway for each participant (such as a pen, post-its, water bottle, notebooks, etc.).
• Provide a door prize(s) for our attendees (minimum total value of $50 such as a gift card, gift basket, products from the company, etc.).
• Business cards to provide to all attendees with company contact information.
