Format 
The Webinars will be delivered over the Internet. For each webinar for which you have registered, you will receive an e-mail from Webex.com with instructions and links to download course materials and access the Webinar. An evaluation email will be sent after the Webinar and a completion certificate can be printed.

Recertification Credit Hours 
Earn 1.5 Recertification Credit Hours (RCHs) or 0.15 Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for each webinar segment attended.

Some educational webinars may be awarded less than 1.5 RCHs or zero RCHs. Please refer to the webinar handout coversheet, which may be used as proof of credits.
